1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" means jeetwin's website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means the user's registered profile through which services are accessed.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in an account.

2 Eligibility and Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create and use an account on the jeetwin platform:

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years of age. Age will be verified based on information provided at registration. Providing false information about age will result in account closure, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned will be cancelled.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibilities

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing account credentials with anyone else or transferring an account is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the customer support team must be notified immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

Before making a deposit, withdrawal, or claiming a bonus, jeetwin may request completion of the account verification (KYC) process. Failure to submit the required documents may limit account privileges.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there is no activity for an extended period. To reactivate an inactive account, the user must contact customer support.

3.4 Voluntary Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw all available balance before submitting the closure request. Bonus funds will not apply after the account is closed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jeetwin platform must follow the designated methods and limits.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Method Consistency

Deposits and withdrawals must be made through a method registered under the same name. Transactions using another person's account or payment method are not permitted. Violating this rule will result in the transaction being cancelled and the account being reviewed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jeetwin offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,500 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Once wagering equal to 10 times the bonus amount is completed, winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable. Only genuine bets count towards wagering — placing opposing bets on both sides will not be counted as wagering.

5.3 VIP Cashback

jeetwin's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier receives cashback on weekly net losses — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond. Example: a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

5.4 Other Promotions

Various promotional offers may be provided from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant offer page. Whether the benefits of one promotion can be combined with another will be specified in the applicable terms.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. jeetwin reserves the right to cancel or amend any bet due to technical errors, incorrect odds, or data-related issues. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

6.2 Result Settlement

Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official results from the relevant sports authority. If an event is cancelled, suspended, or postponed indefinitely, a decision will be made in accordance with jeetwin's policy.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

jeetwin reserves the right to set limits on the maximum amount that can be won from a single bet or within a specified period. Users will be informed of these limits in advance.

6.4 Responsible Betting

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetwin platform:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
2. Placing artificial bets or conducting transactions with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
3. Exploiting any technical vulnerability or error in the platform for personal gain.
4. Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
5. Harassing or defrauding other users, staff, or third parties.
6. Misusing the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
7. Operating an account using false information, forged documents, or stolen identity.

11 Changes & Termination

11.2 Suspension or Discontinuation of Service

Some parts of the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons. The outcome of any transactions or bets completed during such periods will be determined in accordance with the applicable policies.

11.3 Account Termination

In the event of a breach of terms, jeetwin may close an account without prior notice. Any valid balance may be withdrawn prior to termination; however, funds obtained through prohibited activities will be forfeited.
